All handmade and aged genuine sterling silver with A grade big Lapis Lazuli flat ovals and round beads and Red Jasper carved leaves and round beads. This necklace also has a unique egyptian pendant of the goddess Isis (the pendant actually is from Egypt!). The necklace is 26 inch with an extra 3 inch including the pendant.
