Before I wrap a stone, I hold it in my hand and look at it from every angle, waiting for the stone to tell me how it wants to be wrapped. I make every effort to bring out the stones' own natural beauty.

Maybe you liked a certain piece of jewelry yet you would like a different type of gemstone? She can also alter the length of most necklaces or bracelets if you need them shorter or longer.

NOTE: There is no guarantee Daniela will be able to make your custom piece due to the fact that stones or certain accessories may not be available. Also keep in mind that nature is not a conformist and gemstones vary in size, shape or color. In addition to that some stones are rarer than others which can affect the price.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Treasure Trove of Jewelry offers USPS Priority Mail shipping for 5.35 USD. (the United States Postal Services has raised their prices). This method is fast, reliable and your jewelry is send to you in a box and not an envelope that could get damaged. You can expect your delivery within 3-5 business days after you order has been processed. These charges apply to the United States and all U.S. Territories and Possessions.

For orders of $100 USD or more FREE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING within the US.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:

Canada and Mexico: 11.95 USD (up to 4 lbs.)

All other countries: 13.95 USD (up to 4lbs.)

The estimated delivery time generally is 7 - 14 business days.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME:

You probably cannot wait to receive your new piece of jewelry, that’s why we will work hard so that you will receive your order as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 24-72 hours, Monday through Saturday. As soon as your order has been processed and it is in stock it is ready to ship. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday and the shipping time ranges from 2-10 days. USPS priority Mail is our easiest, fastest and most reliable option for the customer.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it within 30 days of the order date and will receive a full refund. - The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

- There are no refunds on closeout, clearance items or custom made items.

- Orders are carefully packed when shipped and it is requested you do the same when items are returned. Any items that are damaged when returned will not be refunded or exchanged. )The customer must use the same shipping method.)

- Refunds or exchanges are only issued on unused items in new condition.
